July 2011 - Presidential Mortgage Group Loan Officer helps pass House Bill 1682
Delegate Rob Bell (R-58) proudly recognizes Presidential Mortgage Group and Loan Officer Matt Hodges, now known as a citizen lawmaker, for initiating House Bill 1682 and subsequently signed into law by Governor Robert McDonnell. This law reduces homeowner’s costs when refinancing a mortgage with a subordinate lien. In 2010, Matt Hodges approached delegates David Toscano (D-57) and Bell, in efforts to increase the loan subordination amount by $100,000; ultimately helping refinance homeowners. The Virginia House of Delegates and Senate were eager to pass this bill with the efforts and knowledge of Hodges and business colleague Phil D’Oronzio. June 2011- Presidential Bank, FSB Product Expansion
Presidential Mortgage Group announces the expansion of its product offering with the addition of two new mortgage Investors. These addition investor lines will broaden PMG’s array of products and offer Presidential Mortgage Group homebuyers better pricing options, rates, and loan products.
July 2011- Federal Home Bank Board Grant Program
Presidential Mortgage Group is proud to reintroduce the Federal Home Bank Board Grant Program (FHLBB) which provides down payment and closing cost assistance to First Time Homebuyers. The partnership between Presidential Bank FSB and Atlanta’s FHLBB has helped Presidential Mortgage Group’s customers in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina with assistance up to $7,500 per family. Many Realtors as well as new homeowners have expressed their appreciation for the grant program and find the eligibility process to be quite simple. If you are a first-time homebuyer interested in this grant, please contact your Presidential Mortgage Group loan officer before the program expires.
June 2011- Presidential Mortgage Group Training
Presidential Mortgage Group prides itself on its commitment to customer service and personalized attention to each client. PMG introduced a 3 hour training class for their Northern Virginia and Maryland branches. The program was designed to improve communication skills among teams at PMG. The training helps deliver a more positive and satisfying mortgage experience for all of Presidential Mortgage Group’s customers and industry affiliations.

October 4, 2010 - Freehold, NJ Office Sponsors F.R. Male Memorial 2010
The 21st Annual F. R. Male Memorial is a fund raising event which benefits the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children. In addition to this charity, a college scholarship award is given to a student at St. Catherines in Spring Lake, NJ. The success of fund raising for these benefits also includes local families in need. In the past we provided support for some of the firemen who were previously a part of this annual event, but perished in the World Trade Center on 9/11. The Freehold Office is proud to be a corporate sponsor for this event and has been for many years.
October 1, 2010 - Team Joe Golf Outing sponsored by our Fairfax, VA Office
As a local business, we are proud to support our local community! Presidential Mortgage was an Ace sponsor at the “Team Joe Golf Outing” which raised money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Fairfax Hospital for Children saved the life of Joe Petrella – a young boy who is now thriving at four years old. August 2010 – Presidential Mortgage introduces Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) loans to first-time homebuyers
The PHFA program is a popular loan choice for qualifying moderate-income borrowers in the state of Pennsylvania. The PHFA program complements our state bond programs in Maryland (CDA) and Virginia (VHDA).

The Freehold branch will serve the central New Jersey market. The Freehold branch manager, Tom Dilger, brings over 25 years of mortgage banking experience to his team. Most recently he managed an office with National City Mortgage where his branch earned recognition as a member of the prestigious Platinum Circle.
