Full Time Post Closing Department Position
Responsible for providing efficient, timely, consistent, accurate quality loan decisions on a daily basis. Adhere to the investor guidelines, policies and procedures. Additionally, responsible to provide excellent customer service to our retail branch originators and processors in answering questions and assist with problem solving on loan files.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Leadership – a demonstrated ability to lead, develop, motivate people and get results through others
- Customer Service – the ability to provide and maintain effective and positive communication with branch offices as well as provide support APM doc drawers, funders and post closers
- Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level with internal staff as well as branch offices
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency – the ability to effectively utilize required software
- Commitment to company values, policies and procedures
- Communication – an ability to effectively communicate with branch offices, internal staff and Senior office
